Couture Millinery Terms & Conditions
Your initial Consultation will be with Lucy Bowler for one hour and Lucy will advise you on the perfect hat for both you and your occasion.
To proceed with your Couture order at the time of your initial consultation, you will be asked to make a 50% non refundable payment of the total cost of your Couture Hat.
You will receive an email confirming your order.
The final balance is to be paid on collection. Any significant changes needed which were not agreed at the 1st consultation can be discussed with Lucy Bowler, extra charges will be applicable.
It is most important to us that you are 100% happy with your Couture Headpiece we will make every effort to ensure this.
We do have a consultation fee of £50.00 to be paid at your appointment however this will be deducted from the cost of your hat. .
Hat Hire Terms & Conditions
Your initial consultation will be with Lucy Bowler for 30 mins and Lucy will advise you on the perfect hat for both you and your occasion.
When your order is placed, full payment of the cost of your Hat Hire will be required, this secures your chosen hat for the required date and is strictly non refundable.
On collection of your Hat we require a deposit equal to the cost of the hat hire, to be paid on collection (cash or card).
This is to cover minor damage such as stains ( including makeup ), damage to feathers & fabric that can be repaired or replaced.
Please do not attempt to clean or fix the hat if damaged. If your hat is damaged beyond repair, lost or stolen, we will charge you the full cost of the hat.
Your deposit will be returned to you once we have checked the hat is returned undamaged.
The deposit will also be forfeited in full if the hat is returned later than the date agreed. The cost of the hat hire will not be deducted from this deposit.
All hats remain the property of Lucy Bowler Couture Millinery & Hat Hire.

Privacy
Lucy Bowler is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. Card details will not be shared with any third parties.
Lucy Bowler Millinery will need to hold your name home and email address, debit/credit card details so we can process the order.
