Lucy Bowler is an Award Winning Milliner based in Oxfordshire.

With a BA HONS First Class Degree in Design Craft, Lucy then specialised in Millinery and with a passion for detail she is constantly striving for perfection for her clients who visit her from far & wide.

 

Lucy's creations can be intricate in design or bold and sculptural, with an eye for colour Lucy is happy to advise on your outfit as a whole. A true Craftsperson, Lucy is only too happy to share her world of Millinery explaining where she gathers her inspiration, her Millinery is regularly described as "Works of Art".
